Two years ago, I started HER Wellness by Design with one goal in mind: to create space for women to focus on themselves. I saw how easy it is to get lost in the constant demands of work, family, and life, and I knew there had to be a better way. With a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, I combined my education with my personal experiences to develop strategies that actually work.
Today, I guide women over 40 through self-care, stress management, and mental and physical well-being. My approach is personal, practical, and impactful – because I’ve been there too. From my books to Zumba classes to workshops, I focus on helping women pause, reflect, and move forward with renewed purpose.
