That’s why I created a space where your wellness comes first—where you can take a step back, prioritize yourself, manage day-to-day stress and eliminate chronic stress, and finally move forward with renewed purpose.


From energizing Zumba sessions to thoughtful workshops and wellness coaching, I focus on helping you find balance in a way that works for your life. It’s time to stop putting yourself last and start taking care of what matters most—you.

Two years ago, I started HER Wellness by Design with one goal in mind: to create space for women to focus on themselves.
